剝離後の殘渣が少ないため、環境試験によるＩＴＯ面の曇り現象が少なくなります。ＭＩ－Ｔ００４ＹＦ３のガス発生剝離性を向上している。
CHARACTERISTICS:
USAGE PRINTING: Printed thickness must be more than 20micron (Optimum thickness 15~30 micron)
CURING: Curing condition recommended at 130~150deg.C x 10minutes.
CLEANING: Cello solves or Ester base solvent with little toluene or xylene is the most suitable for cleaning stencil.
SHELF LIFE: The shelf life is 5 months, however this paste should be stored at under 25deg.C.
